It may or may not work here, but it writes it to some file and will work inside Dosbox. I fixed it by running setup in Windows and selecting all the default information for the plain SoundBlaster card (16).

Also, make sure there is a backslash after the CD=G: at the top. Those listed items where meant to have been on separate lines - these forums chuck everything on the same line.
